Seven faculty members awarded funding by RGC Early Career Scheme and General Research Fund 2026/27

The Research Grants Council (RGC) has recently announced the funding results for the General Research Fund (GRF) and Early Career Scheme (ECS)2026/27. This year, seven faculty members were awarded GRF/ECS funding, underscoring the exceptional performance of our research community. Their projects span cutting-edge areas such as neuromarketing, human-computer interaction, critical data studies, media and communication research, and gig economy research. These initiatives are poised to advance media and communication research while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.
