博士生獲「國際傳播學學會」(ICA) 公共關係組最佳學生論文獎

本院博士生呂琛，其論文《Comparative Study of Crisis Communication Strategies Between Mainland China and Taiwan: A Double-Case Study of Melamine-Tainted Milk Powder Crisis in the Chinese Context》，榮獲「國際傳播學學會」(ICA) 公共關係組最佳學生論文獎。該論文亦已為《Public Relations Review》接受，將修改後刊登，該學刊收錄於社會科學引文索引（SSCI）
