Our undergraduate students continued to scoop prizes in the Campus Newspaper Awards this year. All of them were reporters and editors of our practicum magazines, namely, Varsity and U-Beat. Varsity was the big winner, which won a total of 28 prizes. U-Beat got 7 major awards. The value of prizes amounted to HK$84,000.

The awards, launched by China Daily Asia Pacific, are in their sixth year. It is a campus journalism competition with contestants from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China.
