Our PhD student JI Yingru won Top Student Paper Award (1st place & 3rd place) for her papers “Moderating Effects of Perceived Government Controllability over Crisis Outcomes and Consumer Collective Efficacy on Responsibility Attribution and Demands for Regulatory Interventions” and “Exploring Publics’ Expectations for Crisis Outcomes: A Communication Mediated Psychological Mechanism in Social Media Era” respectively in the Public Relations Division, Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) 2018 Conference.
Besides, she (with anther co-author) also won the Top Student Paper Award (3rd place) for her paper “Connecting Young Adults to Democracy via Government Social Network Sites” in the Public Relations Division, International Communication Association (ICA) Annual Conference 2018.
