Our undergraduate students won a total of 29 prizes in the “2015-16 Campus Newspaper Awards”. All of them were reporters and editors of our practicum magazines, namely Varsity and U-Beat. Varsity was the big winner, which won a total of 22 prizes. U-Beat got 7 major awards. The value of prizes amounted to HK$71,000.

This newspaper award is initiated by China Daily Hong Kong. The award presentation ceremony was held on 17 November 2016, officiated by Mr. John Tsang Chun Wah, former Financial Secretary of HKSAR. To view the detailed winner list, please click here.
