The 5th First Feature Film Initiative announced its winners. Mr. Tsang Hin Weng Eric, 2012 graduate, was one of the winners for the Higher Education Institution Group.

Create Hong Kong of the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and the Film Development Council have launched the First Feature Film Initiative (FFFI) since 2013. FFFI takes the form of a competition. It is divided into the Higher Education Institution Group (HEIG) and the Professional Group (PG). The two winning teams of the HEIG will be awarded a maximum of $3.25 million from the Film Development Fund to make their first feature films.
