Our PhD Students Won Paper Award in the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC)

Our PhD students Vincent HUANG Guangsheng and Sophie Sung Ping have won awards in the Association for the Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) 2015 annual conference. Vincent won the Second Place Student Paper Award in the Cultural and Critical Studies Division for his paper entitled “Speaking Out: Networked Authoritarianism and the Virtual Testimonies of Chinese Cyberpetitioners” and Sophie won the Third Place Student Paper Award in the Cultural and Critical Studies Division for her paper (first author) entitled “Knowledge Workers, Identities, and Communication Practices: Understanding Code Farmers in China”.
