We are thrilled to announce that Professor Hai Liang has received the Top Faculty Paper Award from the Communication Technology Division at the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) 2024 Annual Conference. This awarded paper is entitled “Perceived Human Dominance in the Human-Generative-AI (GenAI) Relationship: The Impacts of Listening-centric Communication Strategies of GenAI.”
We are proud to mention that the paper was co-authored by Prof. Liang and our two alumnae, Yingru Ji, who is currently a faculty member at Zhejiang University, and Mengqing Zhang, who is now in the Ph.D. program at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
