Newcomers of the District Council Election

District council election is thought to belong exclusively to the members of a local community, or a game of using small favors to canvass voters. What prompts a “professional housewife,” a university staff, and a young man, a fresh graduate from France, to join this game? Monday.COME has invited the two newcomers to share their days and nights in the district council election with us.
