Varsity’s Study Tour to Fukuoka

To celebrate Varsity’s 30th anniversary, 14 students embarked on a first-ever overseas study tour in Fukuoka, Japan in July 2023.

Students visited local museums, including the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and Oka Masaharu Memorial Museum, and gained a deeper understanding on peace education and international trade in pre-modern times.

They also spent quality time with Kyushu University students and got to learn about the eventual life of Zheng Chenggong from various historic perspectives.
