Student Radio Project in Collaboration with RTHK

In Term 2, 2011-12, the School of Journalism and Communication will work with Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) to produce weekly radio programmes under a project called “大學．新聞．人”. Participating students will produce regular news contents for the station’s Cantonese-language news programmes on RTHK Radio 1 from February 13 to April 2 every Monday. 

Mr. Allan Au Ka Lun, a media veteran as well as the PhD student of the School, will lead a team of 15 students to participate in the project. The project will allow students to apply the skills learned from the broadcasting and journalism courses of the School.
