• Designed and successfully developed the E-mail Publishing and Marketing System, which enabled our clients to Edit, Schedule, Target, Deliver, and Measure their newsletters. Our customers included many market-leading companies in Taiwan, such as HP Taiwan, FarEasTone Telecom, Taipei City Government, and Global Views Monthly.
• Established Anyway Travel Website (Anyway旅遊網), one of the Top 3 Online Travel Media in Taiwan, and managed a successful Online Travel Community. Amount of messages posted on Anyway Travel Website doubled in 2001-2002.
• Launched Wireless Content Service, cooperated with Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Cellular Corp. and KG Telecom, and provided Horoscope to mobile phone user by GPRS, WAP or SMS.

• Project leader of e-Business Plan, redesigned the work flows, upgraded the Management Information System, built new EC system, and downsized the database from IBM AS400 to Oracle.
• Successfully established three magazine websites (Common Wealth Magazine, Common Health Magazine and Learning Center), and one EC website (Common Wealth Internet Bookstore).
• Completed the digitalization of all Common Wealth magazines from1981 to 1999, assisted to introduce the Content Management System, and set up Full-text Search Website (Subscriber only).
