Students who wish to transfer to the Journalism and Communication Programme, please follow the instructions below to submit the application:

3. Complete and submit the form to Ms. Coey Kan at coeykan@cuhk.edu.hk
4. Please enclose the following supporting documents when you submit your application:

• A personal statement in both Chinese & English;
• A completed application form;
• A copy of your academic report(s) (with cumulative GPA 3.0 or above);
• A copy of your public examination certificate(s);
• A photo.

Interview Date: 3 July 2026 (Friday)
